The BOC is comprised of the Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit), Alameda County Congestion Management Agency (ACCMA), Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority (ACTIA), Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART), Central Contra Costa Transit Authority (CCCTA), City of Rio Vista, Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District (GGBHTD), Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC), San Francisco Bay Area Water Emergency Transportation Authority (WETA), San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), San Mateo County Transit District (SamTrans/Caltrain), Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), and the Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA).
